JJ Design Candles is a fragrance-led lifestyle brand, thoughtfully created and hand poured in Sydney, Australia to enhance everyday living.

Founded by Joanne Johnson, a creative with eighteen years of experience in interior design, the brand was born from a passion for beautifully styled spaces and the atmosphere that brings them to life. With a deep understanding of how scent influences mood and enhances interiors, Joanne set out to create fragrances that feel as intentional as the spaces they inhabit.

Inspired by her many years in design, each layered, expressive scent is designed to evoke feeling, memory, and place. Each fragrance is carefully composed to complement the home and enrich daily rituals.

JJ Design's hand-poured soy wax candles are at the heart of the business, known for their clean burn and long-lasting fragrance. Over time, the collections have grown to include room fragrance, hand and body care, and thoughtfully curated gifting—allowing signature scents to be enjoyed throughout the home and beyond.

Our candles are housed in hand-made glass vessels, with no two exactly alike. Once the wax has finished, the vessel doesn't have to. Clean it and give it a new life as a beautiful piece for your home—perfect for flowers, keepsakes, bathroom essentials or whatever you choose. We believe the experience of a JJ Design candle should continue long after the fragrance has faded.
