Shipping Policy

We offer flat-rate shipping of $10 Australia-wide—well below our actual cost, as a thank you to our valued customers.

Processing Times:
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During peak periods such as the major holidays, please allow up to 7–14 business days for processing.

Delivery & Tracking:
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 5-10 business days and tracking details will be provided via Australia Post. If your order hasn't arrived within this time, please email us for support or call 0401 111 370 for further assistance.

Important:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional charges will apply for redelivery.


Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We understand that sometimes a product needs to be amended.  We will do our best to assist you in any way we can.  We will gladly organise an exchange of goods after the product has been returned at the customers expense.

Damaged Items / Breakages

If your candle arrives damaged, we're here to help. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel at jjdesigncandles@gmail.com, with a short description and image of the issue.
