🌿 1. We Use Fragrance Oils—Not Essential Oils
While essential oils are natural, they often break down under high heat and don’t offer the longevity we demand. We choose premium-grade fragrance oils specifically designed for use in candles. These oils hold their strength throughout the burn and deliver a bold, lasting aroma.

Not all fragrance oils are created equal. We test and source oils with rich complexity and high performance. Whether it’s our cult-favourite Japanese Honeysuckle or a bold Citrus-White Amber fusion, we’re uncompromising on depth and quality.
🕰️ 3. Timing the Fragrance Pour Just Right
It’s all in the timing. We add the fragrance late in the melt, when the soy wax is perfectly tempered. This allows the wax to bind with the scent without burning off the delicate top notes—resulting in a more vibrant hot throw when the candle burns.

Scent throw isn’t just about technique—it’s about choosing the right fragrance. We lean into powerful notes like lemon zest, gardenia, sandalwood, and ginger blossom—blends with real staying power. Subtle is lovely... but strong is unforgettable.

We stir each batch thoroughly to disperse the fragrance evenly, ensuring every candle burns with the same strength from first light to final flicker. No scent pockets. No weak wax pools.
